Upon selection, please fill the online application form along with the Cheque details / Money Transfer details of the booking / advance / complete amount, as decided mutually after negotiations.

The said Cheque / DD should be couriered immediately.
MONEY TRANSFER facility can also be availed.
  Upon receipt of the Cheque for booking your site, we shall courier the receipt and the 2
copies of the agreement of sale to your address.
You may please keep the receipt and one copy of the agreement of sale and courier
back the second copy duly signed to us for our records.

  Once the negotiations are complete through personalized discussion / email. The next
step is thus:
The complete payment is made at once then see registration details.
If you have opted for a month's time, then you can courier the payments at your comfort
within a period of one month, for which the pertaining receipts would be couriered back to
you immediately.

For availing a bank loan or
to obtain a legal opinion for your satisfaction
Upon advance / complete payment towards the site selected by you, we shall, upon your
request, courier all the pertaining legal documents to you immediately, which would enable
you to get a bank loan or simply obtain a legal opinion from your lawyer about the site
chosen by you.

Customized loans can be arranged through any bank of your choice, to suit your requirements, and within a period of 10 to 20 days, depending on the speed of procedures / processing at the particular bank. The documents pertaining to the site / layout as required by the bank is available readily at our office, which we shall courier to you upon request.

  Once all the payments are completely made, and the receipts have been sent by you, then:
You have to be present in Bangalore and we shall arrange for your transportation and care
here during registration.
In the event of your absence due to unavoidable circumstances:
The registration can be postponed upon your request
A general power of attorney would be drafted and sent to you by courier, authorizing any
individual, appointed by you as the attorney holder.
You have to only sign as the executant and courier back the General Power of Attorney to us.
